Pelakon Datin Diana Danielle baru-baru ini ada berkongsi sebuah video di IGTV yang merakamkan dirinya ada membuat pengakuan sambil menangis teresak-esak akibat mengalami masalah sukar bernafas.
Menurut Diana, keresahan yang dialaminya bukan suatu perkara yang boleh dipandang mudah.
Bagaimanapun, pelakon filem Gol & Gincu 2 ini tetap positif dan mahu mengamalkan cara pemakanan sihat dan seimbang bagi membantu masalah yang dialaminya.
“Yesterday D kongsikan how important it is untuk makan makanan segar + sihat + ikut masa. Avoid overly spicy/oily food for the time being & decrease coffee intake.
“So today I’ve recovered almost fully dari rasa sesak nafas ni dengan pemakanan, tidur yang cukup dan multivamins. So let me share the supplements that’s helped in the span of a couple of days since my terrible attack:
1. Magnesium
2. Fish Oil
3. B-Complex
4. Melatonin (if I have difficulty sleeping)

“Sekarang ini saya menuju ke set pengambaran. Semalam saya ada bincangkan mengenai kepentingan selepas makan, jangan sesekali terlepas makan dan jangan biarkan perut masuk angin.
“Sekarang ini saya nak kongsikan mengenai vitamin. Memandangkan saya kemurungan tempoh hari, ramai yang menasihati saya
“Saya kini mengamalkan makan magenisum kerana ia membantu otot kita dan sebelah malam pula, saya jenis tidur lewat, saya akan makan Melatonin kerana ia membantu menenagkan otak kita.
“Omega 3 pula, baik untuk kepada mereka yang mengalami masalah anxiety,” katanya.
Terdahulu, ibu beranak dua ini membuat pengakuan yang mengejutkan ramai apabila mendedahkan dia mengalami masalah anxiety atau serangan kebimbangan atau keresahan melampau.
